Pricing includes menu planning, dietary counseling, grocery shopping, meal preparation in your kitchen, meal packaging, labeling, full instructions for heating and serving with kitchen clean up. Pricing for freshly baked bread, soups, salads and desserts are upon request for an additional charge. Menu selections are due 48 hours prior to the cook date made by e-mail or phone call.
