Menu
At BGM, we believe in the tradition of a home cooked meal that is enjoyed with family and friends. We will prepare food that is sure to stimulate your taste buds.

All of our main course options are served with at least one appropriate side, except entrees that are meals in themselves (e.g. chili, beef stew, etc.).

The menu changes seasonally to take advantage of fresh ingredients and to assure our valued clients have a variety of new choices.

Most dishes can be adapted for your taste preferences or special diet. If you want something that is not on the menu, simply ask for it. We can also cook any family recipes that you love but do not have time to cook for yourself.

Menu items are subject to change to assure that the freshest ingredients are always used in preparation of your meals. Many selections can be made low-fat or vegetarian. Low-Carb, Weight Watchers, Atkins and child friendly meals are also available

Vegetarian Cuisine

Shiitake & Sun - Dried Tomato Lasagna
Sun-dried tomatoes, shiitake mushrooms, shallots, garlic, tomatoes, thyme, oregano with Bechamel Sauce, baked with freshly grated Romano & Parmesan cheeses.

Mac & Cheese with Red Peppers & Tomatoes
Penne pasta tossed with garlic, thyme, sharp white cheddar, fontina, smoked Gouda, oven dried tomatoes, roasted red pepper in a bechamel sauce topped with bread crumbs & baked till bubbling.

Wild Mushroom Stroganoff
Oyster, shiitake, cremini, button, morel mushrooms, lightly sauteed and simmered with onion, garlic, tomato, thyme, pepper, base whisked with lemon juice, sour cream & Dijon mustard. Served over palsied egg noodles.

Seven - Vegetable Couscous
Garlic, turnips, onion, carrot, fennel, raisins, ginger, salt, cumin, paprika, sugar, turmeric, cloves, cinnamon, butternut squash, zucchini, chickpeas & tomatoes simmered till tender.
Served over almond toasted couscous.

Oven-Baked Ratatouille
Olive oil, onion, zucchini & eggplant wedges, smashed garlic, herbs de Provence, bay leaf, red & yellow peppers, tomatoes, fresh basil & ground black pepper. Oven simmered until tender.

Rosemary Potato Skewers
Seasoned new potatoes, olive oil, rosemary garlic, red onion, green & red pepper wedges.

Eggplant Parmesan

Healthier by skipping the breading & frying of the eggplant. Eggplant slices drowned in homemade tomato sauce with lots of onion, garlic & basil smothered with mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses baked until bubbly & golden.

Vegetarian Chili
Chick Peas, Red Kidney Beans, simmered with zucchini, onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, basil, oregano, and chili powder.  Served with brown rice.
